Description

This course is designed to help learners develop a better understanding of mental health and wellbeing and how these can impact everyday life, learning, and employment.

The course focuses on building self-awareness, reducing stigma, and developing practical strategies to support mental wellbeing in personal and work-related situations.

Through guided discussion and practical activities, learners will gain tools to manage stress, build resilience, improve confidence, and recognise when and how to seek support. The course also considers wellbeing in the context of employment, including coping with change, routines, communication, and workplace pressures.
