Description


Come along to learn techniques in Bread making. The course will cover:
White Bread Rolls; making, proving and shaping of white roll dough
Granary Loaf Tin; making granary dough, proving and finishing of a tin loaf
Cinnamon Rolls; the making of a sweet, enriched dough, proving, shaping of a rolled dough, finished with cream cheese frosting.
This course could link to further study including a Level 2 Food Safety, or part time study within the department, covering Level 2 Food Production and Cooking, or Level 2 Professional Cookery.
Please bring your own take-away containers and bags to transport your goods home at the end of the course.
